Yeah, yeah, it's bad for you, blah-blah-blah. Fuck all you self-righteous non-smokers in advance.

I know we've got smokers here. I was a long-time smoker who quit many, many times. Nowadays, I smoke maybe once or twice a month, if I'm at a bar or something. That's about it. But I don't think I'll ever comlpetely stop smoking. Because I love it. I love love love love love :love smoking.

Non-smokers cannot understand the appeal of it. So here's where we will share smoking preferences, anecdotes, chest x-rays, whatever.

Once or twice a month? Man, I envy you. Cigarettes taste so much better when you go that long without one. I smoke between 0 and 5 cigarettes a day, but when I drink it's many more.

Do you guys get Canadian brands in the States? I smoke Benson & Hedges Special Light, but my favourite American smoke is Marlboro Lights and all time best is London State Express 555 :love

I have just recently begun to delve into tabacco as a phsycotropic, my favorite smokes are probably Black and Milds because the mellow "buzz" you get lasts for like 45 min to an hour.

I quit but only quit when I'm not in the bar.

I smoke the Parliament P-funk Lights. It has a nice high rise filter so you aren't always sucking on the nasty tar stained filter.

The other day I was watching Family Guy and Brian the dog lit a smoke and It made me want one.

Smoking is for fags.

While I'd love to disagree, there actually is supporting evidence for this. Apparently gay men and lesbians are 70% more likely to smoke than the general population, at least in California.

Oh man, I loooove 555's! They taste like chocolate (don't you think?)! I had totally quit smoking, until I went to NY, and then the gorgeous Marboros forced me to suck them off...and I liked it. I've cut down quite a bit, I pretty much only smoke if I go out to a bar, or if I'm drinking.

i love smokin too. i smoke marlboro lights now and i'm not quite sure how i made the switch from camel filters to these, but i'm pretty satisfied with 'em. the closest that i came to quitting was when i was running over the summer, but then i was followed by some guy and i moved to a neighborhood where the chances of me being followed again kinda quadrupled...so no more running for me and now i get to smoke all i want.

on a side note, i have almost completely quit drinking. this month i've only had 3 beers and a small glass of champagne.

Yea, chocolate GOLD! My brother's company sent him to London for 3 weeks so I told him to bring me back as many 555's as he can. You don't know anywhere to get them in TO or Canada in general, do you Daphne?

I bought my last pack of cigarettes over 7 months ago. I'm very much on the same level as you Sammy. A couple grits a month seems to keep me grounded. I wish it were more... 3 a day sounds nice!
But I do feel healthier. I knocked :30 seconds of my mile time and I don't get that funny tickle in my throat. But fuck those things, they pale in comparison to the taste of a freshly packed Marlboro Menthol Light accompanied by a crisp IPA in a frosted mug. FECK!

I SMOKKED LAST JANUARY AND IT WAS AWESOME BUT I NEVER SMOKED SINCE :(
