Close to the edge, Selling england by the pound, misplaced childhood, clutching at straws, the wall (thematically it's great, but too much filler) umm.... maybe Neubauten's collected catalogue...

Yeah but your intellectual resolve amounts to nothing.

NIN- Still
|
How exactly do you define "concept album" anyway?
And Perndog, Weezer rules >: Or at least, they used to :( |
Children of Bodom - Follow the reaper (well I guess all CoB albums)
Caliban - Shadow Hearts Fear Factory - Obsolete Amon Amarth - The Crusher Aesop Rock - Labor Days |
re
Protoclown, a concept album is when the album tells a story or at least has a consistent lyrical theme (at least I think so). I'd classify some of these loosely as concept albums but I'll list them anyway.
Opeth - Still Life Blind Guardian - Nightfall in Middle Earth and the non-metal concept albums (because it seems wrong to list Opeth with Weezer). Snapcase - End Transmission Radiohead - Kid A Weezer - Pinkerton Hum - You'd Prefer an Astronaut |

Tenenbaum doesn't like them, that's what's wrong.

Joe's Garage :(
|
Queens of the stone age - songs for the deaf
Dream theater - Awake |

It sort of is... the concept is that it is questioning convention I guess. Joe's Garage is a concept album for sure, so Zappa has made some. |
