Ours kept the smoking outside. I was able to enjoy a nice meal without all the hipster fags like GW smoking flavored herbs to try to be cool.

I think I have the shittiest duplex ever. Even though it's my first one!!!

Two people per bedroom. Three bedrooms. The living room, dining, kitchen are pretty much one room. Two giant glass sliding doors, one in the living and the kitchen, with no insulation other than cling wrap duct taped on the inside. Board heaters everywhere, running constantly since it is winter, yet not all of them work (I.E. my room). Even when the board heaters are turned off, the water heater will only last 15 minutes for a damn shower. All of this for 1400 for rent. It has a nice view though.

Also, I'm being laid off next week. I have enough money for another month then that's it.
