This cartoon was on today's editorial page in the Winnipeg Free Press... I hope it shows up. The newspaper has a really stupid subscribers-only setup on their website.

The pic is also kinda small, but you can still get the jist of it. The box the beaver is holding says "weiners."

i think the best part of it is that i dont get it.

beavers holding sausage products that the US spears by bayonet with gusto is real funny.

if i got it it would just be "its funny coz its true" and that stinks.

I think it's supposed to be about Bush's proposal to ban gay marriage. That is to say the weiners are gay people... err, something.
