Although his conclusions will likely run contrary to most of your opinions, "Threatening Storm" by Kenneth Pollack.

His critique of government policy towards Iraq over the last 12 years is pretty fair in my opinion, and not overly slanted right or left. He is just as critical of Bush's plan as he is of Clintons.

Anyhow, his conclusions are similar, however he does go into greater detail in regards to what post Saddam Iraq should look like. He does a pretty good job of breaking down various possible scenarios and speculates on what the results of each course of action would be. He's actually pretty thorough.
