Rongi, I did the same thing, except it was little different.
I bet on Frequency for PS2, and I won it, but I was unable to create a PayPal account. I contacted the person through e-mail and, though she was a total bitch about it, it all worked out.
So just either talk to the person about it or just don't pay for it.
