Exactly. The poll wasn't about good religious churchgoing folk, it was counting believers in general, which is a more significant statistic for the contrast they were trying to make. Talk to a bunch of random strangers in the U.S. and they may not all go to church but most of them will believe in God. Talk to a bunch of strangers in Britain and most won't even be believers.
