burbank, the problem here is that nobody wants to pay attention to a small paper with a conspiracy anymore. Everyone wants to be told by the same five news companies that everything is A-Okay, and that America isn't being controlled by an unelected buffoon. The AOL/Time Warner merger allowed for much of the media to be brought under the control of a single company, and when ExxonMobil purchased large parts of AOL/TW, the "free" press was officially controlled by an oil company. There's no way out of this without a revolution.
A revolution that will never happen. This country has become contentedly ignorant. Or maybe it always was, and I'm finally growing up enough to realize it.
John Ellis called it because he knew that once Bush's hand was held high in the ring, it would make the Democrats look like sore fucking losers to call out the lawyers and the recounts and hang up the Supreme Court.
Ugh. Finishing the first chapter of this book makes me want to vomit on the steps of the Whitehouse.
