You must understand leaders like Kim Jong-Il, they sprout nothing but bravado, and if he had his way, I doubt he will ever attack South Korea. But the people might. He played with fire of propaganda, and will suffer later. He urged the fire on, building it up with hate against the U.S. and that fire might escape his control.
