We have that "game" over here. I have no ambition to play it whatsoever. Apparantly you can get a dance mat for the playstation 2. Well I don't have a playstation 2 and why would I fork out £50 for some stupid mat when I can get two games?!
To be honest I thought good exercise is whatever gets the heart rate up and the blood pumping. Think of that as you will, but it seems that swimming and cycling are two of the best things to do that.
