Personally I would say the "you've got nice tits" line is only really appropriate in the "heat of the moment" if you think she's fine with a bit of the dirty banter. Other than that, complimenting her breasts should be fine if you call them that instead of "boobs," "tits," "gazumbas" or whatever else people who have sex with fat women call them.
