you dont lose data with system restore. You jsut have to reinstall programs.


Run and UPDATE BOTH adaware and spybot. thats the best way to get rid of spyware. spyware blaster is good for preventing it.

google toolbar, firefox etc should work just fine if you dont have alot of spy/adware.
