Okay, I created the Gedney region. To join it, click the bold link right under 'Logout' (this will bear the name of your current region). Then, on the next page, click "move to a new region." (it's part of a sentence)
Then, enter 'Gedney' into 'Find a region' hit the search button, and click "Move (country) to Gedney."
