Just use your setup disk(s) and or cd to re-establish a connection with that wireless point of yours (flash the mac to the router from the modem) or run window's nifty little proggy called "internet connection wizard" and re-boot your computer to see what happens. thats what i usualy do. other shite can broadcast within your network range killing a connection. see if its little johnnys wireless game controller knocking you off from downstairs/next door... you never know. (wireless blows-meh. bogged down connections)
