In that 6 months, I've gone from 145 to about 175.
 
I'm eating a boatload of protein. Meat, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, high-protein & fiber cereal bars, etc, plus a recovery shake. I probably eat around 4,000 calories a day.
 
Keep in mind that some of that is water, plus muscle memory (I'm sure I lost some lean mass when I dropped down from 220 lbs of lard). I have no illusion that I've gained no fat either, though my overall appearance is leaner. |
