it's just a law requiring pornographers to keep extensive databases with traceble identification for all their camsluts.

some people are worried that it will be abused, or that girls won't wanna strip if it isn't anonymous. *shrug*

of course, if you've never gone thru legitimate paid sources for your internet porn, it really changes nothing.
