That's up there with last nights Nightline broadcast, where someone with the Polcie dept. bragged about how THEY were sleeping in the tents they caught looters trying to steal.
Is now a good time to mention New Orleans had one of the most corrupt Police depts. in the nation, with numerous Cops convicted of RAPE and murder.
