This is an excellent point. The RIAA and MPAA should also take note of this instead of making futile attempts to control IP in China by doing ridiculous things like suing Baidu. That shit might fly in the US, but to think they can sue that factory worker in Wuxi who is making your WalMart products for $10 a day for thousands of dollars the same way they sue single mothers and college students using P2P software in the US... well don't think the Communist Party of China is going to help enforce that nonsense. Poor dying business models... you can't have your cake and eat it too.
