If by "relatively mild" you mean "incredibly gay", then yes. During winter it gets cold enough to be miserable but not cold enough to snow, and during the summer it gets hot enough to make me sweat uncontrollably but not hot enough to make the cold water involved with activities like supersoaker wars and giant slip-n-slides not make my lips blue. Oregon sucks.
