i tried uninstall reinstall to no avail
i tried this

it said something on apple about updating my firewall, but i dont have one
i am using a PC
my os is Windows XP
i'm using itunes 6 ( last time i checked at least )
i have not installed anything that could be interefering
i have tried a virus scan and unless mcaffe is broken i am completely virus free, which is good :D
