Sir Pantsalot;
thanks for 'spelling it out real slowly for me! Since the speed at which you spelled can't really come through in a post, I took the initiative to read your post real slowly to get bthe effect you intended. I also gave you a kind of nasal girls voice and I pit in big pauses where I imagined you using an asthma inhaler. I hope you don't mind.
I was also very impressed when you used the Drudge report as a source. You're right, I am an ignorant fuck. I didn't even realize how trustworthy a journalist Matt Drudge was until you sourced him. And he sourced TIME! Boy, I'm not ure I'd even know how to do that, let alone select speciffic snippets tht supported my point whileleaving everything else out. That guy should work for Dick Chenney! I here he's short at least one cherry picker since Scooter got indicted.
I also want to thank you for pointng out that everyone who's been at Guantanamo are terrorists, because I thought the people we'd released after more than two years and said weren't terrorists and sent back to their home countries where they were immediately releaed weren't terrorists, but I'm glad you cleared it up for me. Or maybe you meant THOSE guys weren't terrorists, si it was okay to keep them in cges with no rights at all until we figured it out. Also the five chinese citizens we admit are totally innocent but we're keeping at guantanamo because China won't take them back and we don't want to set the precedent of granting asylum to peope we've wrongfully imprisoned for years with no rights, so even though they are innocent we intend to keep tham at Guantanamo. I guess our admitting their innocence is a clever ruse to keep othr terrorists from knowing about the terrorists we have.
I'd source all the shit human rights watch has concluded, and amnesty international and the red cross and now the UN, and I'd source even more stuff if the US would let anyone see the prisoners and not just speak to the people they've already let go because they decided they weren't terrorists who've been very poor sports and alleged they were tortured. I guess they're really angry about having been kept at Gunatanamo even though it turns out they were innocent and just got sold to us by Afghan warlords for cash. But what's the point? Really smart trustworthy fellas with a track record for scrupulous honesty like Donald Rumsfeld and Matt Drudge who have no agenda like those persnicitty human rights organizations.
It turns out if we'd given these people any rights at all, we wouldn't KNOW f they were terrorists, because they'd be innocent until proven guilty. If we'd even given them the benefit of the Geneva convention, we couldn't treat them the way they deserve to be treated for being terrorists. It was pretty damn shrewd to just decide they were all terrorists, even though we've let a lot of people leave their because it turns out they weren't. Everyone who's there now is a terrorist for sure. Heck, if they threw you in their it would be because you were a terrorist! We'd know because they'd tell us! ou don't need oversight when the person in a cage is a terrorist, all you need to know is someone told you they were. NONE of these people are unlucky bastards who just got caught up in a dragnet or sold to us. Except for the ones we already said are. And those chinese guys. But none of the others. And if the innocent ones had to stand up for a long time, or be naked in a cage or listen to Christina Augilera, well I'm sure thir families understand and so do they. No hard feelings. Thank God nothing else happened to them. sure, they say they were beaten and force fed through tubes and that female soldiers stripped down to their undies and smeared mentsral blood on them while tey were strapped to a chair, but they're just liars. Donald Rumsfled says so. And he has no reason to lie! The fact that if he is lieing he'd be guilty of war crimes is not the sort of thing that makes a person lie.
So thank you for spelling it out all slow for me, and for talking like a brain damaged pre teen girl, and huffing on an inhaler. I am now far the wiser, and my ignorance went all away when I clicked on that link to teh Drudge report you gave me. Until next time, stay the course, becuase we're winning the war on terror!
