A.) I'm not sure I think Driving while taking SLEEPING PILLS is any more responsible than driving while drunk.

C.) How come this mook wasn't given a breathalizer? Driving drunk is like shooting a gun blindfolded. There is no excuse and gibving tis guy a get out of jail free because he's a Kennedy sucks. If he ends up killing somebody down the road (pun intended) there are few State troopers who ought to go up the river with him.
