For the love of Christ....
It's a mole, not a wart. There is no dirt under her fingernails. If it doesn't look like a woman's hand it's because that picture is very zoomed in. That's a size 3 1/2 ring on her child-size hand.
I was very restrained in this reply, I will not be in the next if you persist.
