i don't like tv, the tv i do like is never on or it's adult swim/seinfeld reruns!
but i am emberassed to say i watch:
anything on vh1, NEW SIMPSONS EPISODES (they try so hard it's fun to watch), dating shows (next, elimidate, parental control!), and i love to watch pokemon. i'm not really emberassed, but i mean i'm not proud of watching pokemon :/
