Its pretty much the first few issues of marvels "The Ultimates". Only without all of the realism and there are aliens. Also no Giant Man smacking his woman around. In the end theres a pretty sweet fight between everyone and the hulk.
The second one goes off on a random note to the country where the Black panther is from, and has them fighting a nazi alien. The Second one is better for action, but they totaly sideline the hulk.
