Ronnie is fine with the U.S.A. PATRIOT Act, yet dislikes campaign finance reform, because his idols say it's a violation of free speech to not allow multi-billion dollar corporations to flood funds into a campaign. Madison and Jefferson must've left that part out, thankfully we have Ronnie Raygun: Constitutional Scholar here to help us out.
