I totally understand why people like Vicodin now.
My surgeon was very kind to me and made sure I was full of novacaine before he began the tooth brutality.
It took 35 minutes for them to pry the wisdom tooth loose.
When I felt a weird popping pressure I heard the assistant and the surgeon both say "Ew!"
They asked if I would like a souvenier, of course I did! I've never had a dentist offer me my tooth, especially one that kind of grossed them out.
I took pictures of the tooth. It's big, and a bit mutant like with the roots all fused together. When my head stops swimming I will post them.
