Night of the Demons remake. It had decent looking demons and it took place on Halloween night, so I'm happy.

The scene that made the whole movie for me though happened in the first five minutes by two stoners:

Two guys are up on a second ledge balcony checking out all of the trick-or-treaters' costumes, when they spot an older teen without a costume and two pillowcases full of candy. The teen then proceeds to steal a little kid's candy bucket. One of the guys then pulls out a paintball gun and shoots the punk in the back. The punk goes down and spills all of the candy on the ground, which quickly gets scooped up by the little kids around him. The guy with the paintball gun then runs downstairs and walks up to the punk while constantly saying "No Costume, No Candy!", until finally when he's right next to the punk he screams with a rage of a person who's had one too many Halloween candies taken from them "No Costume, No Candy, Mother Fucker!" and shoots him several more times at point-blank range.
