From what I understand, the majority of my family is French, with a little Danish in there somewhere. Despite us being not-at-all Irish or Scots, outsiders encourage it due to the red hair. I laugh, but several family members have bought into it fully.
Also, there is much Jewishness in my family and not much admission of it.
