It's possible they might do that, actually.
From a production standpoint, season 2 & 3 were seperate seasons, but from a programming standpoint, they were just one big season. There was an 8 week break between episode 207 & episode 208, but before and after that a new episode was shown every week.
But who knows... even if they release them in production seasons, there's still much more of a chance of the rest of the series coming out, considering they only have one more season to go. When a show gets past it's first season being released, it tends to eventually get fully released.
