I uploaded scans of a Retro Gamer article on the subject for Dr. Boogie a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't keep the scans and they're not online anymore due to a server change. And my scanner is kaputt. But if Boogie downloaded it before it disappeared, he might be able to help you out.
