I wonder who made the allegations that require investigation? Seems kind of weird that 15 years later, and sevral months after she died that they would decide the matter required investigating.


EDIT: As I think about it, maybe if they worried less about 911 calls 15 years ago and more about fucktards kidnapping, humping, and murdering 8 year old girls in their state they could make it a better place to live.
