it's real time, but the fighting is somewhat turn based. and the minimum system reqs are as follow:

Pentium 3 / 800MHz or higher
128mb Ram or higher
graphic card - GeForce MX 400 or higher

what im using
Pentium 3 / 547MHz
320mb Ram
GeForce FX 5500 OC

and it works good for me.
