if I can use those icing squeeze tubes. If you want to evenly cover a roof with icing, it's easier to ditch the tube and spread it with a butter knife.
Ok, now I don't feel like a complete failure with that thing. The chefs 'n stuff make it look so easy, but I swear to god I could not get the icing to flow properly no matter how hard I worked at it.
