Well, I'm at my new Unit. And already I have a day off. Go figure.
From what I understand, this unit is very laid back. Nothing really happens here. So its full of pranks, and jokes, and goofing off and all that fun stuff.
High-speed wireless, but on the downside, I'm far away from the Router, and only getting 46% signal strength with a connection that tops out at 11 Mbps. To slow for my online games.
(does anyone know, besides moving my PC into the hallway, of increasing wireless signal strength? bigger antenna or something?)
anyway, my roommate seems like a decent guy, and I met most of the people around the Station, some cute girls work here... but that is about all the females in a 20 miles. The town around Winchester Bay is dead. I hope to God that is livens up in the summer when Tourist arrive. I could walk across the town in 5 minutes. I'm in the asspit of Oregon with only Sand Dunes around. And most people stop at Florence instead of driving an extra 30 miles south.
