Gotta love Se7en, one of the better thrillers of the last few decades (and it had Morgan Freeman. That already gives it extra points in my book).
Interestingly enough, my favorite scene in this movie (though the Sloth one is great, no doubt about it) is one that isn't even a horror one.

It's the part in the police station, where John Doe comes in, covered in blood, and gives himself up. It's all just done so well, from his basically unnoticed entry into the crowded building to his shouting to the detectives to his take-down. Great scene, remarkably done, always watch it over and over.
Yeah, it's basically my favorite for movie-nerd reasons, but whatever, I still love it. |
