Yeah I'm doubting that a hurricane even ever hit new orleans. I mean I haven't seen any of these so called "victims" of the hurricane. And even if there are any of these people they probably turned into apes because of there black nature and looted and flooded the city because it was most beneficial to them. Yeah that's it.
