They had blue-gel, orange-gel, and moon-gel that made things portable, just no portals.

They made multiple references to a different sort of portal device, like a back-pack version. I think it even had illustrations. That, and the puzzles are impossible without one, and how would you know the moon rocks made great portal conductors without portals? |
