Smells like bullshit to me. There's no logical reason for Saddam to have gotten rid of the weapons once he KNEW we were going in there after him (and he knew WELL before our official ultimatum, that's for sure). It would have been to his benefit to have USED any weapons he had against us, as Kevin's been pointing out.
