You weren't - pharmacists are usually better at that sort of thing than the doctors prescribing the meds.
I can relate to the hoarseness though. Twice today I coughed so hard that I thought I was going to puke. Not the nicest sensation in the world.
My normally dulcet tones are taking on the "3-pack-a-day" vibe.
