uhh idk. i change my routine up all the time, though they're always centered on the core compound lifts (squats, deads, press, bench press, chinups).
my recommendation would be to do all those and then find out where you need definition and supplement your routine with those lifts. a basic understanding of anatomy helps here, but this site helps too:
