Beast Machines was the rape of my childhood, and of Beast Wars
At least the guy isn't shouting "TEH TRANSEXAULFRMRS SUXORS". You should have some pride in a show you love, that still manages to influence younger audiences. I may prefer Beast Wars over Transformers (I found that show more confusing,etc), but I respect that he grew up on this despite watching re-runs. The Real Ghostbusters and Super Mario Bros were on around before and after I was born, respectively, but I fucking watched and loved them.
