Sit around and do nothing? Thats not how you invest money. You research it, you learn about it, you follow it.

Its not heavy lifting, but its certainly not passive.

Its not income and capitol gains themselves that bug me. Its the fact that anything I do with my money (earn it, spend it, save it) gets me taxed further.

Why not streamline spending and then gives one consistent method of taxing?
