I have the one that takes down your intestinal villus. You won't feel anything, but if you let it be that way for too long you'll get all kinds of nasty side effects.
When I was diagnosed with celiac disease I was also diagnosed with anemia and osteoporosis, all this because the disease had fucked up my small intestine :/
