Agreed, they weren't slouches but they play in the Mountain West. The Mountain West is a big step up from the MAC, WAC, and Conference USA, but If you were to put Utah, Air Force, TCU, or BYU in ANY BCS conference, they are going to lose games.
Politicians should stay the hell out sports.
