The pespective on the character doesnæt work, and the shading makes him clash with the environment. The shit stuff on the walls and on the street doesn't look good. And you need some work on the character design.

But the perspective works well otherwise, except the buildings in the background. What you really need is to develop a style.

I'm not trying to be a bitch, I wouldn't bother to give feedback if I didn't you have some potential. Keep working, I remember seeing some progress in what you have posted in the past.
