Also, that is too bad Kahl. Do you have all the documentation of these "lame-ass" excuses, because that could be important if you really want to collect the aid you're due. Does your college have an adjunct law school that offers legal aid - law students that give legal advice for a nominal fee (or for free)? In this case you may be better off getting direction and instruction from the students (ironically) than the employees. I hope you collect what's due.
