Since we've already addressed the issue and expressed our opinions on why the U.S. is handling the situation in Korea far differently than it is in Iraq, what about the rest of the world?

In all fairness, doesn't it seem that the international community is just as guilty of casting a blind eye towards developments in N. Korea? Why is the U.N. so reluctant to pursue actions in N. Korea?

Sort of ironic that with regards to Iraq, the Chinese view it as an international problem, and believe that the U.N. should resolve the matter. Yet they believe the N. Korean issues is a matter to be solved by the U.S.

Just curious about some of your thoughts as to why the international community seems relatively unalarmed with developments in N. Korea.
