HAHAHAHAAA!!!! That means he is so used to looking out the window of his limo and seeing people flip him off as he drives through the streets of D.C. that this is nothing out of the ordinary! Seriously though you have to wonder how they let that guy into the conference with shoes on even though they knew there was a possibility of this terrorist attack.
