orrrrrr maybe you could cut back to part time school, take the stafford loans and work more to save some money for next semester?

orrrr like someone else said, try settling for a less expensive school.

if you aren't willing to do either of those, i would think that a loan would be your best option. i think that there are some banks that offer low interest student loans for people who don't qualify for the standard federal loans. the interest rates are a teensy bit higher, but they aren't through the roof like most loans are.
